• The first screen you'll see after selecting the "Downloads" button is a scrolling thumbnails list of the custom models that you've uploaded into your app. If you haven't had any custom models loaded into the system, you won't see any models available.
  • To have models loaded into your "Downloads" area, contact us for instructions on what format the system uses for the custom models. Once the model is uploaded onto our server, you'll receive a "Redeem Code" that you use to download your custom model. The "Redeem Codes" are used so other users won't have access to your custom models.
  • After selecting your custom model, the app starts scanning the surface where you'll place the model.
  • When you touch the "Check" button, the app places the model in the scene where you've pointed the brackets [ ].
  • After you've set the placement of the model, you may need to touch the "Place" button again to adjust or spin the model around.
  • The models are placed in the scene at the correct size of the model in the environment. You can't make the model larger, but you can make the model smaller by pinching the screen in the Edit mode.
  • In the Downloads area only, there is a special function to detach the model from the scanned surface and move it vertically in the scene.
